Todd Jorgenson is Managing Partner of Jorgenson Pace, Inc. and has more than two decades of experience conducting executive searches for economic development, community development, chamber, and nonprofit organizations nationwide.

Todd joined Jorgenson Consulting in 2002 and has helped expand the firm’s national reach, industry relationships, and executive search and compensation study practices. His experience includes executive recruitment, compensation strategy, business development, sales operations, and organizational leadership. Before entering executive search, Todd held positions in the technology and telecommunications sectors with U.S. Robotics, 3Com, and Universal Access. His international experience includes business development in the Middle East and Africa and sales operations management in Paris, France.

In 2023, Todd received the Chairman’s Award for Excellence in Economic Development from the International Economic Development Council. He earned a degree in communications from Jacksonville University.

Anthony Michelic is a Partner at Jorgenson Pace, Inc. and brings more than 15 years of experience building high-performing employee and volunteer leadership teams. Since 2015, he has specialized in executive search, providing customized recruitment and selection strategies for cities, regions, states, chambers of commerce, and economic development organizations across the country.

Before joining Jorgenson Pace, Anthony served for more than nine years as President and Principal of The PACE Group, where he led executive searches and contributed to the firm’s growth and national reach. Earlier in his career, he developed and implemented long-term training programs for more than 300 employees and served as National Director of Operations for a leading retail recruitment firm.

Anthony is a frequent speaker at economic development and chamber conferences. In 2025, Southern Business & Development named him one of its “50 Under 50 to Watch.” He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of the Southwest and completed the Basics in Economic Development Course at the University of Southern Mississippi.

Bonnie Garraway serves as Director of Research and Communications at Jorgenson Pace, Inc., bringing more than 22 years of executive search experience to the firm. She works closely with clients, search committees, stakeholders, and candidates to manage each engagement efficiently and provide a responsive, well-coordinated experience throughout the search process.

Bonnie leads candidate and market research, stakeholder outreach, candidate communications, interview scheduling, search documentation, and related logistics. She also supports the firm’s proposals, marketing, database management, background checks, and other due diligence activities.

In addition to her executive search responsibilities, Bonnie conducts customized compensation and benefits studies for economic development, chamber, and nonprofit organizations. Her work includes researching and selecting comparable organizations, collecting confidential compensation information directly from participants, analyzing market data, and preparing clear findings and recommendations. Her attention to detail, institutional knowledge, and commitment to client service support the successful execution of the firm’s engagements nationwide.

Steve Weathers is a Managing Director at Jorgenson Pace, Inc. and brings more than 25 years of economic development leadership experience to the firm. Throughout his career, he has supported the attraction, retention, expansion, and launch of more than 800 companies.

Steve has served as President and CEO of the Greenville Eastern North Carolina Alliance, Erie County Industrial Development Agency, Savannah Economic Development Authority, and Regional Growth Partnership. He also served as Vice President of the San Diego Regional Economic Development Corporation. His extensive experience leading economic development organizations gives him firsthand insight into the responsibilities, relationships, and leadership qualities required of successful executives in the field.

Steve earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from California State University and is a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD).

Wanda Sullivan is a Managing Director at Jorgenson Pace, Inc. and brings more than nine years of executive search experience to the firm. She has managed executive searches for organizations in communities across the country, including the U.S. Virgin Islands, Michigan, West Virginia, Indiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Mississippi.

Wanda works closely with clients and search committees to understand their organizations, communities, and leadership priorities. She supports candidate recruitment and evaluation and helps guide clients through the interview and selection process.

Before beginning her career in executive search, Wanda worked in online English curriculum development and instruction. She earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in English from the University of Mississippi.
