Todd joined as a Managing Parter to Jorgenson Pace in August of 2024 with the merger of Jorgenson Consulting and The PACE Group. Todd was previously the Managing Director and Principal for Jorgenson Consulting for over twenty-two years. Todd specializes in executive searches for non-profit, community, and economic development entities throughout the United States. Todd’s experience includes non-profit executive searches, information technology searches, executive compensation, sales operation management, business development, and sales. Todd began his career recruiting software engineers from the Department of Defense and National Security agencies to work on classified government contractor projects. Todd also worked in the information technology and telecommunications infrastructure field, working for successful technology-based companies like U.S. Robotics, 3Com, and Universal Access. Todd’s experience ranges from business development in the Middle East and Africa sales operations in Paris, France. Todd has a communications degree from Jacksonville University. In September 2023, the International Economic Development Council recognized Todd with the 2023 Chairman’s Award for Excellence in Economic Development.

Anthony joined as a Partner with Jorgenson Pace in August 2024 with the merger of Jorgenson Consulting and The PACE Group. Anthony was previously a member of The PACE Group for nine years, where he served as President, and brings over fifteen years of experience growing employee and volunteer management teams to be their absolute best. Anthony’s early career began with him creating and implementing long-term employee training programs for over 300 employees across four companies simultaneously. He later served as the National Director of Operations at one of America’s leading Retail Recruitment Firms. Since 2015, Anthony has been involved in executive search, providing search expertise for cities, regions, and states nationwide. Anthony holds a Bachelor’s Degree from University of the Southwest and completed the Basics in Economic Development Course through the University of Southern Mississippi. He has been a speaker to the International Economic Development Council Conference, Texas Economic Development Council, Arkansas Economic Development and Chamber of Commerce Executives Conference, Texas Chamber of Commerce Executives Conference, as well as numerous cities, chambers of commerce, and economic development organizations.

Bonnie is the Director, Research and Communications for Jorgenson Pace. Bonnie worked for Jorgenson Consulting for twenty-two years. Bonnie works closely with the team to provide administrative support, works with Search Committee’s on scheduling, manages candidate interviews and travel logistics, assists with client and candidate needs, website maintenance, compensation and benefits studies, database management, research, marketing, and background checks.

Steve is the Managing Director at Jorgenson Pace. Steve joined Jorgenson Consulting in 2022. Steve has been in economic development for more than twenty-five years. Steve has been involved in the attraction retention, growth, and start-up of more than 800 companies. He has been the President and CEO of Greenville ENC Alliance, Erie County IDA, Savannah Economic Development Authority, Regional Growth Partnership, and Vice President at the San Diego Regional Economic Development Corporation. Steve has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from California State University and is a CEcD professional.

Wanda is a Managing Director for Jorgenson Pace. She had been a member of The PACE Group for over nine years, and she has managed executive searches in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Michigan, West Virginia, Indiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Mississippi. Wanda’s previous career was in English online development and instruction. She has excellent communication and computer skills that enhances her relationships with colleagues and clients. Wanda received her Bachelors and Master’s Degree in English from the University of Mississippi.
